OAKFLESH
Magic seems to have infused to your very bones and sinews, knitting your skin together in such a way that you can no longer be harmed by tooth or claw. You are by no means invincible, but you certainly have an edge in battle now.
TIER RATING
This is a tier one ability.
STAGES

-
STAGE 1: Beginning stage
Your wolf begins to notice that scratches from natural assailants such as sharp rocks, thorns, or tree branches fail to break the skin where they could easily have done so before. How strange, but perhaps just a series of uncanncy coincidence?
-
STAGE 2: Intermediate
Acquired by completing three pieces of artwork or roleplay that relate directly to your ability
If ever they find themselves in a skirmish with another wolf, your wolf now finds that their assailants claws cannot make a mark, no matter how they try - wether they dig claws deep into your coat, or slash or swipe, nothing seems to draw blood.
-
STAGE 3: Master
Acquired by completing a further three pieces of artwork or roleplay that relate directly to your ability.
The ability grows in strength, and now in addition to all of the above, the teeth of your attackers cannot break skin or draw blood. Furthermore, it now seems the teeth and claws of other island animals cannot harm you either. All in all, you have become quite the formidable opponent for battle.
OVERALL RESTRICTIONS
This ability is completely passive and cannot be controlled by the user.

This ability does not offer immunity from wounds from the natural world, such as injuries developed from extreme falls, etc. The Oakflesh is only considered immune from the things listed in the above description; the small natural assailants in stage one, and then tooth and claw. "Tooth and claw" is a literal desription and would apply to all animals. For example, the swipe of a bear's claws would not harm them, but they could be gored by a deer's antler or scraped by the kick of a hoof.

Oakflesh only affects the skin and only in the ways described. A wolf with this ability is no less susceptible to sickness and disease.
Once the user masters the ability, their immunity to teeth breaking the skin will mean that they would not be able to be targeted by a Bloodhound (who needs to taste blood to track).

A Barren wolf would be able to break the Oakflesh's skin in any stage of ability, for the ability will not work when faced with their magic-immune claws.
